Providore at the Adelaide Central Market is a bit of a favourite of mine. Fair warning this share is meant to be a street photo taken on Kodak Portra 160 but could turn into a review telling you how great Providore is.

A colour scheme from the 1990s. Which is why is was so fitting to take this shot on a somewhat niche older film. Coles Express in Australia is a bit of a roadside icon. I just like the look of the 1990s vintage colours and layout, nothing in them has changed since I was growing up.

Taken in October 2018. Today, in October 2022, I went on a photowalk around Gawler. Nothing inspired me. I think I’ve been getting caught in a bit of a photo rift lately, and haven’t felt as inspired or keen to pull out the camera and take photos.

I think that good urban photography should have a timeless style to it. So you cannot really tell when the photo was taken. That is what I really like about this part of Adelaide for street photography.
